Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust is based in New Zealand
Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability. If for any reason an item is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.
If we are out of stock you will be contacted by phone or email with our expected delivery time giving the option to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.
Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust can sell internationally with no export restrictions on goods, but currently our website is not setup to allow for any deliveries/exports outside of New Zealand. Please contact us directly by email if you are needing this service and you will be provided with all the necessary information.
We offer a range of items for fundraising purposes only. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Charges over and above the total cost of the purchased goods are freight. No other charges will be applied.
The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary when in your online shopping basket.
On clicking on the checkout button the customer will be transferred to a secure website for payment by Visa or MasterCard, which will complete the purchase process. The customer will receive an email detailing the purchase and payment information.
Delivery & Delivery Charges
Prices for all items stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
Orders placed for delivery within New Zealand on a working day before 11am will be processed & dispatched the same day. Orders received after 11am would be dispatched the following day. Weekends and statutory holidays not included.
Standard delivery is 1-5 working days from receipt of order, depending on your location.
Deliveries Outside of New Zealand
International orders are sent using New Zealand Posts' International Air Service. Delivery to key destinations can take between 2 and 4 weeks. If your order either fails to arrive or isn't within the above timeframe please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org . Should your order be received in an unsatisfactory condition please notify us immediately on email@example.com stating the issue to be resolved.
Any item that is returned to Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust, that Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust deem in good order, are refunded in full minus all freight charges, sending and returning. Goods that are returned because of an error on the part of Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust are refunded in full including freight charges, sending and returning.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or credit notes on change of mind purchases.
All items are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty (please include a copy of your postage receipt).
For returns, please use tracked postage as Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trustwill not be held liable for goods lost in transit.
Please fill in a Returns & Exchange Form and include with the item you are returning/exchanging, also include the receipt of purchase. See address for returns above.
Once orders have been confirmed we cannot cancel the sale. Please choose wisely before completing the sale.

Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust does not have access to any banking or Visa/Mastercard details entered via the secure payment part of our website.
Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust has a policy of not retaining any banking information obtained from any customers.
Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust will not on-sell any information that may be obtained from details entered on this web site.
Credit Card Security
All payments are processed via Stripe's secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, Stripe. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorise Stripe to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.
Receipts for Website one-off donations are provided via email, once the payment has been processed. Regular giving donation receipts will be issued at the end of each financial year upon request.
Donation Refund Policy
In the event that a donation is made to Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, Chained Dog Rehabilitation and Rehoming Trust will refund the donation amount electronically back to the same card that was used to make the original transaction, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the details of the date, time and amount.
If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by notice, which may be in the form of a notice posted on our website at chaineddog.org.nz
