Neva
FEMALE | BORN APPROX FEBRUARY 2021 | BICHON FRISE
LOCATED IN AUCKLAND
Meet Neva, a confident and determined girl.
Within a matter of days of getting to know Neva it became clear that she needed medical attention for her legs, and very quickly we learned that Neva needed surgery.
Neva needed one of her leg's amputated as her femur was twisted and sitting out of its socket. She is well and truly on the road to recover following her surgery and is looking for her forever home.
Neva LOVES her canine foster sister and is learning to respect the cats. She is very affectionate and very enthusiastic about walks.
She is confident and friendly when meeting other dogs and having a good old sniff. She has adapted to life on 3 legs extremely well and she’s a happy girl.
Neva is looking for a home where she can continue to get the care and structure that she needs with a loving family.
If Neva sounds like the girl for you then please express your interest below.
Can't adopt Neva? You can still help.
Although we charge a small adoption fee, this doesn't generally cover the costs of us getting our dogs ready for adoption. Desexing, grooms, vet care, vaccinations, registration, training and variety of other things can go into these dogs. If you'd like to help either on a one off or regular basis we would be grateful for your donation.
